Someone chooses a tour and wants to book it. Behind that request is an operation that needs to account for the date, availability, and the conditions of the activity. The booking belongs to something larger: a tour organized around its capacity and operating rules.

For a team coordinating this kind of service, availability has several parts. There is a schedule, a capacity, and operating conditions that belong to the activity. Keeping those pieces in the same context is the challenge that gives a booking platform its purpose.

Tours NY is a custom development focused on that relationship. We built a tool that brings the booking together with the elements used to organize the tour, with scheduling, capacity, and operational rules forming part of the same project.

The platform brings together tour reservations, scheduling, capacity, and operational rules. The booking has a place alongside the conditions that accompany the organization of the activity.
