The challenge

A location needs supplies. Around that need are a vendor, a request, the purchase, and payment follow-up. They are different moments within the same work: moving a location’s supply need through a procurement workflow.

In purchasing across locations, preserving the context matters. Which vendor is connected to the request? Which location does it belong to? How does it continue into procurement and payment coordination? Those relationships are at the center of the system we built for Chizy Chiz.

The case also has a client voice. Claudia Lugo explains the scope in her testimonial. Her account accompanies software built around vendors, locations, and purchase stages that belong to the same workflow, giving the project a specific business context and a clear procurement focus.
