02 / The challenge

The challenge

Behind a field service job is a task to carry out and a crew that will do the work. Before execution comes coordination: connecting the work order with dispatch and the people involved in the service.

A work order describes the task within the operation. The crew adds the team dimension. Dispatch has its own place in organizing the service. For this kind of business, bringing those three pieces together is a specific software challenge, tied to work that takes place beyond the office.

The Boris Grupo B&B platform is built around that relationship. Dispatch, crews, and work orders belong to the same environment, with a structure dedicated to field service coordination and the elements involved in that work.

03 / What we built

What we built

The system brings dispatch, crews, and work orders together in a shared interface. Service tasks and teams share the same operational context within the platform.

Work orders provide the task dimension; crews provide the team dimension. Dispatch completes the coordination structure. Each area represents a part of the work that the software brings together.
